Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay in Tottori, I had the pleasure of indulging in the culinary offerings at the hotel’s restaurant. Given my penchant for flavor exploration, I was intrigued by their breakfast menu, which truly stood out. From freshly prepared sushi to vibrant seasonal dishes, each meal was thoughtfully crafted, showcasing local ingredients that celebrated Japan's rich gastronomic heritage. The ambiance of the restaurant offered a serene backdrop for dining. It was a delight to enjoy my meals while gazing out at the picturesque riverside views, particularly enchanting during Sakura season. The space felt inviting yet sophisticated—a perfect blend for both casual and formal dining experiences. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, who not only catered to my needs but also engaged in enlightening discussions about local cuisine, directing me to nearby izakayas that enhanced my culinary adventure. The combination of innovative dishes and an inviting atmosphere makes this hotel a noteworthy destination for food enthusiasts like myself. A visit here promises to leave a lasting impression on your palate.
